James Louden (Managing Director)
From the age of 14 he knew he wanted to be a carpenter. Upon completion of high school, James commenced an apprenticeship as a carpenter for a residential builder in the southeastern suburbs. He was taught all things building and quickly progressed, managing multiple sites & trades while completing his apprenticeship.
This led James to carve his own path in the form of a carpentry company working on a range of projects from high-end architectural homes to schools & light commercial structures. He saw an opportunity to bring the knowledge and attention to detail from his carpentry experience and implement them into the basement, concrete and structural wall sector.
Frank Pitropakis (Operations Manager)
Over a 15-year career Frank has held most of the senior roles in the construction and property development space. Having seen the sector from all angles, Frank understands the needs of the industry, what makes it tick and how to achieve impressive results while maintaining positive relationships. He looks to implement innovative technologies and methodologies for the modern construction industry.
Nick Hallinan
(Site Supervisor & Project Manager)
Nick began his career as an apprentice in carpentry with James, honing his skills for six years. With a total of 14 years in the construction industry, he transitioned to concrete structures with Liquid Systems.
As the head of our construction team, Nick is dedicated to ensuring project delivery meets our high standards of quality and efficiency. His expertise and leadership drive our success on every job site.
